Debuting in Cagliari from June 9 to 15, the Sardinia Cocktail Week brings, for the first time on the island, a full week dedicated to the contemporary cocktail culture, a unique opportunity to explore the vitality and innovation that define the Sardinian mixology scene, with an eye on international trends.
The event is the brainchild of Manolo Orgiana, writer and contributor to several national food and spirits publications, and Roberto Satta, a food & drink photographer known for his collaborations with internationally renowned Michelin-starred chefs. From their shared vision comes an initiative aimed at showcasing the dynamic evolution of mixology and fostering innovation and creativity among professionals, enthusiasts, and the simply curious.
Sardinia Cocktail Week offers a fresh perspective on the island: not just sea, beaches, and breathtaking landscapes, but a vibrant territory where high-level mixology, quality food pairings, and stories of talent are ready to be discovered and celebrated.

A key theme for this edition is “Drink Responsibly”. The event promotes walkable routes to reduce reliance on cars, encouraging full enjoyment of drinks and food while showcasing the city and its public transport system.
Throughout the week, each participating venue will serve exclusive signature drinks created for Sardinia Cocktail Week. These unique offerings—blending experimentation, local flavors, and global influences—will be available to visitors and cocktail lovers for the entire duration of the event.
Sardinia Cocktail Week is set to become a landmark event for those passionate about quality drinking culture on the island. The response from American Bars during the first edition was already significant, with participants in Cagliari including:
