Acqua Journey Wellness Experience

Water, heat, beauty, movement and tranquillity. This is the harmonious combination of the beneficial effects of the Acqua Journey: a heated hydrotherapy pool with hydro-massage jets designed to target different areas of the body, essential oils and steam to ease muscular tension, together with the Turkish bath and chromotherapy and aromatherapy showers.

After immersing themselves in the beautiful setting of TSPA, where the warmth of the atmosphere welcomes guests from the moment they arrive, they can continue their wellness experience with a massage or treatment, enjoy a delicious aperitif at T Bar, or, during the summer, savour dinner at T Garden.

The TSPA Wellness Centre welcomes you with our 90-minute Acqua Journey, featuring a large heated hydrotherapy pool with six hydro-massage stations, an eucalyptus Turkish bath and a new Finnish sauna with heated stone stove, as well as aromatic and chromotherapy showers.

The experience is completed by a relaxing rest area with a dedicated herbal tea corner.

TSPA services are reserved for guests aged 18 and over.

For guests staying at T Hotel for business or leisure who do not want to give up their fitness routine, the T Fitness gym is available within the Wellness Centre.

Whether you want to start the day full of energy, enjoy an invigorating break or release the stress of the day, T Fitness offers a fully equipped cardio area featuring high-quality Technogym equipment, including treadmills, exercise bikes, ellipticals, a cable cross, abdominal benches, fit balls and a weight rack.
