Energy Efficiency and Environmental Footprint: the Low-Emission Hotel
Stay in a place where hospitality meets responsibility
For years, T Hotel has consistently invested in solutions aimed at reducing its environmental impact. This concrete commitment also includes measuring and certifying its CO₂ emissions through the Carbon Footprint of the Organisation - CFO - (ISO 14064), first obtained on the basis of emissions generated in 2023 and confirmed again for 2025, demonstrating a path of continuous improvement towards increasingly sustainable hospitality.
We have also achieved an important milestone: zero market-based indirect emissions from imported energy (Category 2 - UNI ISO 14064-1), thanks to the adoption of a new system using low-impact refrigerant gases and the permanent decommissioning of our oil-fired boilers.
Since 2024, we have also used exclusively certified electricity from renewable sources, supported by the expansion of our photovoltaic system.
We care about the future of our planet. All staff follow strict protocols for waste management and separate waste collection, supported by dedicated bins throughout the hotel and in every guest room. A small daily action that helps make a positive impact on the environment.
For guests wishing to enjoy a stay centred on sustainability, our team will be delighted to recommend authentic experiences exploring Cagliari and Southern Sardinia: natural parks, protected areas, beaches and oases where you can admire majestic pink flamingos, while fully respecting an extraordinary region that deserves to be preserved.
