With a room for 70 seats and a private room for 15 guests, the T Restaurant offers quality, hospitality, design and refined table service. In the summer months we welcome our guests to the T Garden, the exclusive inner courtyard embellished with lots of greenery and plays of light and water.
Among the many excellences, we have chosen to accompany our dishes with extra virgin olive oil from the Masoni Becciu company of Villacidro, which won first place in the ‘blind tasting’ competition organised in Verona. In 2023 there were two awards: Cuncordu won Sol D'Oro as the best organic oil in the world and Alphabetum won Sol D'argento as the best extra virgin oil in the world.
The gastronomic suggestions of the new Menu signed by our Chef love to follow the rhythm of the seasons and are the result of wise encounters between Mediterranean cuisine and traditional Sardinian dishes of great excellence.
Each season will surprise you with a new Wine List offering a selection of regional and, national excellence, a few rare labels dedicated to those who want to treat themselves to a truly special experience, and a wide selection of spirits.
