Taste and Relax

In this section, T Hotel offers wellness formulas with the ‘taste and relaxation’ package to spend a few hours of rest or a relaxing weekend away. 

The T Spa Taste and Relax formulas include three different types of package: 

• - Gusto e Relax Lunch, which includes Acqua Journey and a tasty lunch at our TBistrot at a cost of € 53 per person, valid from Tuesday to Friday in the shifts available from 9:30 a.m. to 5 p.m; 
• - Gusto e Relax Dinner, which includes the Acqua Journey and a tasty dinner in our TRestaurant at a cost of € 63 per person, valid from Monday to Friday in shifts available between 5pm and 8pm; 
• - Gusto e Relax Weekend, which includes Acqua Journey and the choice between lunch or dinner, at a cost of € 73 per person, valid on Saturdays, Sundays and holidays. Each of these proposals is ideal for savouring the delicacies of Sardinian gastronomy and relaxing to the full thanks to the Acqua Journey wellness path, the highlight of the THotel's TSpa in Cagliari.

Escaping the routine is important: that's why all our packages guarantee relaxation and good food: 90 minutes to regenerate body and mind in the large pool with six hydromassage stations, followed by a tasty lunch or a rich dinner. Our tasting menus are always different and focus on the freshness and seasonality of local products carefully chosen by our Chef.
