Summer Grill begins with live music and delicious flavours
From 7 July, our restaurant dinners will move outdoors to the hotel garden, offering guests and city visitors a star-lit gourmet experience.
To make summer evenings even more special, we introduce the Summer Grill: four exclusive evenings of buffet dining and live music.
A perfect occasion to celebrate summer with carefully selected flavours, relaxed atmospheres and outstanding voices from the local music scene.
Summer Grill 2025 schedule:
📅 10 July
“Scent of the Sea” — a special menu by our Chef Damiano Deidda, paired with fine wines from Tenuta ASINARA.
Live music by One Note Quartet featuring the silky vocals of Sandra Trudu: Brazilian vibes, bossa nova, international sounds and Italian classics—all delivered in a refined, elegant performance.
Sandra Trudu centres her artistry on bossa nova, interpreting the best of Rio’s repertoire from the 1950s to today—drawing from the great masters (Jobim, Gilberto, Vinicius) and iconic voices like Nara Leão, Gal Costa and Elis Regina. She’ll perform with One Note Quartet: Massimo Sciola on piano, Daniele Ucchesu on bass and Alessandro Garau on drums.

A traditional meat Barbecue with a special menu by Chef Damiano Deidda, in collaboration with Cantine SU ENTU.
The Modern Jass Duo return with a very special guest: Marisa Natale, a powerful and engaging voice—for an evening that blends musical talent and familiar rhythms.
📅 7 August
Summer Fusion | Live music by the remarkable Carla Cocco, exploring Sardinian, African and international sounds, accompanied by Andrea De Luca on swing guitar. A night of emotion and global musical fusion.
📅 14 August
Ferragosto Dinner | A major event with jazz and the stunning voice of Francesca Corrias & Jazz Trio. Francesca Corrias—one of Sardinia’s foremost jazz singers—is the voice and soul of groups like Sunflower Quartet and Roundella. A singer, musician and composer, she studied violin at the Conservatory of Cagliari, where she now teaches Jazz Voice.
