From 7th July, dinner at our restaurant will be served outdoor, in the T Garden, offering guests and locals a delightful taste experience under the stars.
Making the summer evenings even more special, our Summer Grill events return: four exclusive nights combining buffet dinners with live music.
An opportunity to celebrate the season with carefully selected flavours, a relaxed atmosphere, and outstanding voices from the local music scene.
Summer Grill 2025 Calendar:
📅 10th July
| Live music with One Note Quartet and the captivating voice of Sandra Trudu: Brazilian moods, bossa nova, international sounds and Italian classics, wrapped in the charm of an elegant and refined performance.
Sandra Trudu has made bossanova the centre of her artistic career, offering with her mesmerising voice the best of the carioca and verdeoro repertoire from the 1950s to the present. She draws inspiration from the great masters such as Jobim, Gilberto and Vinicius, and from iconic performers like Nara Leão, Gal Costa and Elis Regina.
For this occasion, she will be accompanied by the One Note Quartet featuring Massimo Sciola on piano, Daniele Ucchesu on bass, and Roberto Migoni on drums.

Meat Dinner | The Modern Jass Duo return with a special guest: Marisa Natale, a powerful and emotive voice, for an evening where musical talent meets a warm, homely spirit.
Musicians: Giorgio Murtas, guitarist and composer, and Marco Meloni, pianist, keyboardist and composer.
They have been collaborating for years as the Modern Jass Duo, developing both recording and educational projects.

Summer Fusion | The extraordinary Carla Cocco blends Sardinian, African, and international sounds, accompanied by the swinging guitar of Andrea De Luca. A night of emotions and rich musical fusion.
📅 14th August
Ferragosto Dinner | A bigevent with jazz and the outstanding voice of Francesca Corrias & Jazz Trio. Francesca Corrias is one of the most acclaimed jazz singers in Sardinia, the voice and soul of ensembles such as the Sunflower Quartet and the band Roundella. A singer, musician and composer, she studied violin at the Cagliari Conservatoire, where she now teaches Jazz Singing.
