CARMINE 2025: A summer of events in Piazza del Carmine
Summer in Cagliari will be under the sign of participation, culture and artistic liveliness. It is entitled “Carmine 2025”, the community event promoted by the municipal administration, which from 9 June until the end of August will transform Piazza Del Carmine into an open-air stage.
Here are the details of the events scheduled for June:
Monday 9 at 7.00 p.m.: Concert by the orchestra of the Cagliari Conservatory
Wednesday 11 at 7.30 p.m.: Presentation of the book “L'imprevedibile accade” (The Unpredictable Happens) by Franciscu Sedda, with Maria Francesca Chiappe
Friday 13 at 9 p.m. 00: Show ‘From fire to disarmament: Giovanna's journey’ organised by Theandric Teatro Nonviolento
Saturday 14 at 18.00: Volleyball tournament organised by the Aquila Sports Group
Monday 16 at 19.30: ‘The portraits of women in literature’ organised by Pina Doi, with Ada Lai and Gilberto Ganassi
Tuesday 17 at 19. 30: Presentation of the book ‘Un amore di contrabbando’ by Nicola Muscas, with the Brigata Dantesca
Wednesday 18 at 4 p.m. Legality education event organised by the Carabinieri, Guardia di Finanza, local police and the Red Cross
Friday 20 at 6 p.m. 00: Demonstration by the State Police
Saturday 21 at 20.00: Yoga session with Himalaya Yoga Shala
Monday 23 at 19.30: Literary reading “Sanatorium”, short stories set in Villa Clara by the Accademia d'Arte
