The chef personally selects aromas and conserves from the small local producers with an aim to ensuring a genuine product.

Our Wine Cellar proposes a selection of the best Sardinian and Italian wines, including several rare labels for those who wish to savour a truly divine moment. Wide selection of spirits.

Green Pass: We remind you that following the approval of Italian Government Degree Law n.105 of 23 July 2021, from 6 August 2021 access to the services inside the THotel, such as the Wellness Center, TBar, the TRestaurant (only for drinks at the table) are allowed only to Green Pass Certification COVID-19 holder. There is no limitation for outdoor dining served in the spaces of the Winter Garden. The "Green Pass" can be presented to our staff on digital or paper certification, together with an identity document.
